The front end desk-bound clerk was very polite and did his job well. It'due south likewise bad he has to represent such a run down property. Nosotros had to move from the outset room. It looked equally if someone had slept in the bed. The linens were threadbare. Nosotros moved to some other room to find the bed in a little better shape but the room was just worn out. The bathroom was dingy. The light in the shower area was non working. We chose this hotel on line and felt confident that it would be up to the Hilton standard. Information technology is non.

Definitely wouldn't stay at this hotel once more. When I arrived to my room I noticed that the walls in the halls are pretty banged up. Secondly the carpets are quite dirty. Upon entering my room I did a walkthrough. The bathtub was extremely disgusting. I went back to the check in desk and was given a new room on another flooring. That floor also had actually banged up walls and filthy carpets. Upon inbound my room I did another walkthrough. The bathroom light was hanging off and didn't turn on. The sheets had red stains on them. I went back to the checkin desk and showed pictures. I was "upgraded" to a suite (if it can exist considered an upgrade). The lampshades has carmine stains on them, the bath door was cleaved causing it to make lots of racket when opened or closed, there was a behemothic bleach stain on the bedroom flooring, and in that location were dozens of lady bugs throughout the room. Past far the worst home2 suites I've ever stayed in.

I liked how spacious the room was, even so I was not happy about the status. We establish items from the last tenant at that place and bugs. Leads me to believe the room wasn't cleaned properly.

We were very disappointed that the indoor puddle was closed the whole time, we know things happen but having a discover would take been nice

Really squeamish staff
Everyone from the forepart desk staff, to housekeeping , to the breakfast coiffure were truly prissy and friendly. Information technology is rare to discover so many people who seem to enjoy their chore It was very refreshing. The hotel was very clean!
